to manage other accounts, creating new, changing passwords, etc.

 Encrypted
password storage with system enforcement of minimum password length
and requirement for numeric or punctuation characters (this is configurable
by site administrator for all users of system) ,
-

size of documents that can be uploaded by that user. Notification
to users each time they submit a document regarding the size of
the document being submitted currently and the total amount of their
quota used to date,
-

size that it is likely to cause an unreasonable delay for viewers,

 School-specific
Reviewer has ability to add or modify user properties and make school
specific changes to the site,

documents, modify user accounts, change folder hierarchy, and otherwise
assume responsibilities normally attributed to that Schools Reviewer,
-
 Ability
to define “implicit” users of system whose rights mirror
those of another “explicit” user. Typically this is
useful for allowing a teacher to provide their students with the
ability to submit documents. Separate passwords are developed for
the teacher and her class as a whole.
-
SECURITY
-
 Anybody
on the Internet can see the approved content for your school's web
site. However, the ability to submit Web content is controlled by
school assigned logins and passwords. In order to make any modification
to the web site -you must have a school assigned login and password,
-
 Folder
level security allows site reviewers and administrators the ability
to identify which users are able to manage content in which folders.
This allows you to say, "Only the 3 kindergarten teachers and
the group of users known as Front Office Staff are allowed to submit
content to the folder "Kindergarten Classes". Management
of these permissions is done by way of a web-browser,
-
 Integrated
with netChalk is a document review process. This ensures that only
appropriate content appears on your site and is configurable on
a school specific basis. A typical configuration entails having
all student submissions first reviewed by their teacher, and then
reviewed by a school assigned Reviewer. This is configurable to
a large degree by the site administrator and also completely managed
via a web-interface
